There was the time in the history when the conversion increase was forced to the souls of the other communities to bring the development of the Christian church. The last one is the transfer development. Today, most of the Christian churches eye on the transfer growth and release a number of the advertisement campaigns to bring in the members of the other Christian churches to their Christian church. This is exactly what is called as the transfer growth. The members of the other Christian churches could be lured to your Christian church showing them that the ideology to this church is more modern and more application than the other churches and as well by making them realize that our Christian church offers better services than the other Christian churches and is perpetually ready to heed to the woos and the concerns of the mortals. These are few of the tactics that the advertisements are using with a lot of innovations and creative tools. Similarly, another term used in the church growth is evangelism. You must have heard and study this term at various points in your lives. The word 'evangelism in the act' signifies communication through the display of persona or verbal communications or preaching the way to which one attain God the Father and guide towards the path of salvation. It is important because the according to the some saints and the bible, the path towards salvation is the ultimate goal of the man's life. Once he or she attained all the goals of his life, he must walk down the path of the salvation and let his soul meet the the Lord's.
